When a large amount of viscous liquid – including oil and other industrial fluid – needs to be moved, gear pumps are the machinery of choice.
Gear pumps may be either internal or external – this refers to the gears in the pump. Internal gear pumps are the type usually used for pumping dense liquids as they feature two sturdy moving parts that are easily maintained and offer reliable performance.
